Your order is only eligible to be cancelled and modified within 2 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled or modified. Please keep in mind that purchasing means accepting all the terms as mentioned in our terms of service and policy pages.
Report A Site Issue
If you have problems trying to order from our website, please report the problem to the technical team on firstname.lastname@example.org with as much detail of the issue as possible like,
- the page URL in question,
- where did you clicked the link from (eg. Facebook or Instagram app/ web etc.),
- browser and OS version used,
- device used (Phone - Android/ iPhone, Tablet/ iPad, Laptop/ desktop) including screenshots.
If we are able to duplicate the error on our end, then we will, as a goodwill gesture, give you a 30% discount code to be used one time at check out. Please understand we are not liable for issues and errors generated on our payment partner - PayPal.
