Payments methods include PayPal and Credit cards.
PayPal is welcomed here and is the safest and an easier way to send and receive money online. When you select PayPal as the payment method, you will be linked to the PayPal site where you can make payment.
PayPal can be used to purchase items by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card.

1) After viewing your items on your shopping cart page, you can click and check out with PayPal. Then you will leave our site and enter PayPal’s website.
2) You can sign in to your PayPal account, or you can create a new one if you haven’t got one or can continue to pay using the card as a guest.
3) You can use the PayPal as you want according to the on-screen instructions.
- Payment is traceable. By using your PayPal account, you can trace the status of your payment.
- When you make payment for your order, you don’t need to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account).
- When you use your credit card through PayPal, nobody will see your credit card number, which will minimize the risk of unauthorized use.
Payment process failed
Some times due to excess traffic on the internet, PayPal is not able to handshake web server queries on payments and may show error. Please try again in a little while.
If the payment is still not accepted, please check your account balance at PayPal first (if paying through your PayPal account balance). If your account balance is as it should be, but you still can't make the payment, please contact support@tomatoli.com and notify us about the problem.
If paying through card as a guest on PayPal page, please check and confirm if your card is indeed in working condition (check from the issuing bank) and that you filled in the correct card details.

Ordering successful but payment failed
Sometimes it so happens that the store site shows ordering is successful but PayPal shows us a payment failure. In that case we wait for 2 days for success in payment, and if it still fails, we cancel the order. In that case, please follow-up with PayPal or your card company for refund.
